A Golf Program for your staff

Companies, schools or any organisation looking for programs to develop teamwork and social interaction should consider encouraging their staff to learn golf. Golf is a life skill they can use outside work. And maybe they will gain the confidence to invite clients or accept invitations to corporate golf days.

women into golf will organise a five-week program on weekends or evenings during summer. In groups of 6 – 30, staff members learn the basic skills of golf and also put them into practice on a golf course. With just a two-hour commitment each week, participants emerge with new skills, confidence and the knowledge of where to go next.

Twice a year, women into golf conducts a Corporate Golf Day centred on women. Women corporates use the day to entertain clients – male & female. Those who can play golf enjoy the traditional 18-hole game followed by lunch, at one of Melbourne’s best sandbelt courses. And for those not quite ready to tackle the full game there is an alternate program where they learn some basic golf skills and then put their learning into practice over a few holes before joining the others for lunch. Male participants are welcome, but must be invited by a woman.
